Needs:
A logo to represent our Alterhuman Community in Aotearoa!
Ideal logo will have:
A version with “Fur FreNZy” text, one without text, and looks good as a silhouette/Black and white compatible
Represent Alterhumans, Aotearoa, Whanaungatanga
Where it will be used:
On advertising such as badges, posters and social media.
As a “stamp” on social media posts
As a favicon on Furfrenzy.nz
There are no restrictions for colour or size! (Yes! Ignore the colours used on FurFrenzy.nz!) Have fun with it! If possible, Include a colour swatch for accuracy!
The competition will run from the 10th of May until the 30th of June! If there aren’t enough applicants the deadline will extend by two weeks until there are at least 20. Judging may be opened to the public if a consensus cannot be made.
If you aren’t in NZ and would still like to apply, the prize will be forwarded to a free-to-enter raffle at the next Fur FreNZy!
Rules/Guidelines:
1. No AI. Immediate disqualification
2. No obscene, rude, or racist text, images, symbols etc. Immediate disqualification
3. Does not have to be digital, but you agree that I can make a digital rendition based on your submitted work
4. You must be based in New Zealand as I can only ship the prize within the north and south island.
5. You do not have to have attended Fur FreNZy previously to submit
6. If your design is not chosen you retain your full IP rights to it, and can repurpose it for any future needs
7. If your design wins, you agree that Puzzle P4ws from then on owns the design in exchange for the prize (relevant to the number of applicants) and credit on both furfrenzy.nz and Ko-fi
8. You can submit multiple designs, they must be on the same application
9. You do not have to be under the alterhuman umbrella label to submit a design
10. It must be original (does not contain copyrighted materials/fonts/images etc)
Other Details
Submissions will be judged on creativity, versatility and relevance!
You do not have to be a professional artist, or have professional tools to submit; Because you agree that I may make edits such as: Colour grading, re-drawing to increase pixel quality, turning a traditional drawing into a digital version.
Optionally, you can have your socials featured on furfrenzy.nz (You're here!) and our ko-fi page as the logo designer!
Submissions will be kept private and judged blindly by Puzzle P4ws
Judging may be opened to the public if a consensus cannot be made
Prize:
An applicant is a person who has submitted a design that complies with the rules. The prize increases with the number of applicants
1-20 Applicants: Solid colour ear headband of any pattern (winners choice) and a matching solid colour tail of either Puzzle P4ws Husky Pattern or Feline pattern. Value: $130-215
21-50 Applicants: Two colour ear (One for front, one for back) headband of any pattern and a matching two colour tail of either Puzzle P4ws Husky Pattern or Feline pattern. Value: $150-255
51+ Applicants: Custom Ear headband of any number of colours, any pattern or custom pattern. Any number of colours on a tail, Custom pattern or previous pattern, can be hypermotion tail or wired. Value: $255+
Over 100 Applicants: 51+ prize, plus a set of puffy paws or hooves! (sonstaFurs pattern. For the hooves one fur colour, one minky colour. For the Paws up to three fur colours (Wrist, under the paw pad, fingers) and one minky colour
Prize Restrictions:
Prize will only be made with fur and Minky colours I already have in stock.
Prize will be started when the winner confirms what they want, and will be made to my usual time-frame
Prize includes free standard New Zealand only shipping
